BALTIMORE – Community members, elected officials, patient families, healthcare advocates and AFSCME Maryland members will gather for the “United for Salisbury” forum on Monday, July 17 at 5 PM. Attendees and speakers will seek answers and provide possible solutions to upcoming changes at the Holly Center, Deer's Head Hospital and the Worcester County Health Department. 

Recently, Maryland Department of Health Secretary, Dennis R. Schrader unveiled the State’s vision for a “Holly Center Reimagined” and requested public input via email, by Labor Day 2017. Monday night’s forum will give the community an avenue for responding to the governor’s proposal and to discuss broader local healthcare issues.
