A Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, is the contract negotiated every three years between AFSCME Local 1072 and representatives of the University administration and ratified by a majority vote of bargaining unit employees. Each bargaining unit - Exempt and Non-Exempt - has a separate MOU.
