Collective Bargaining Agreements (pdf)

Maryland state employees represented by AFSCME now have a contract signed by Gov. Martin O’Malley and overwhelmingly ratified by state employees. The governor signed the agreement January 14, 2008, and at the beginning of the year it was ratified by 97% of those voting in the mail-ballot election. Despite the $1.5 billion deficit we faced last year, we will be getting:   2% cost-of-living raise this July, our step increases, expanded family coverage and more.
