This contract protects the rights of state employees in state bargaining units A (Labor and Trades), B (Adminstrative, Technical and Clerical), C (Regulatory, Inspection and Licensing), D (Health and Human Services Non-Professional) and F (Social and Human Services - Professional). This contract is effective February 14, 2011 - December 31, 2014.
