AFSCME Members in DLLR Win $21k in Raises


Nine employees at the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) won pay parity with other employees.

Working through our Labor Management Committee (LMC) the AFSCME members resolved the pay parity issue, winning higher wages for DVOP employees as well as one year’s worth of back pay.

Cooperating with management, employees helped solve the pay parity issue of this important federally funded program.

All together, the employees were awarded over $21,000 in salary adjustments with one worker winning a nearly $3,700.00 raise.
